Refund policy

The Whimsical Diva™ produces handmade, unique items and is a single owner small business. Because of this, we are not currently able to accept returns.

Since each apron or other item is handmade and will most certainly vary in particular measurements, the description area of each item lists all measurements for that particular item. Please pay close attention to the measurements for each item as no returns will be offered for miscalculation of measurements.  If there is a problem with the item you have purchased, please contact me at thewhimsicaldiva@gmail.com and I will consider your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items of any kind.
